WE ARE COLDPRAY
For us, this project is personal. Nathan Green, the lead singer, together with his brother Elon Jagersma (bass), grew up surrounded by the sound of Coldplay. Put through the speakers by their father Ronald Reekers (drums). From a very young age, their music became the soundtrack of their lives. That passion has stayed, and now it's come full circle as we bring it to life through this tribute.
As a lifelong songwriter and music producer, Nathan always created his own original music. But recently felt a deep urge to honor the band that has inspired him the most. Starting a Coldplay tribute — together with the family — felt like the perfect way to do that.
Joining us is one of Nathan’s oldest friends and an incredible guitarist: Omri Henri. His tone and attention to detail bring the final piece of the puzzle — recreating the atmosphere and emotion of Coldplay’s music with authenticity and heart.
This isn’t just a band. It’s a celebration of the music that shaped us. And we’re ready to share it with the world. Recently, we organized our own live show to shoot a promo video. You can now watch it here on our website. That show lit a fire in us — and made us even more excited to keep performing.
Faithfully Recreating the Coldplay Sound
What sets Coldpray apart is our deep dedication to recreating the sound and feel of a real Coldplay concert — with stunning accuracy.
Nathan Green, the band’s lead vocalist, has been playing piano since the age of four. Over the years, he has mastered Chris Martin’s distinctive piano style. With perfect pitch, he taught himself to sing and play guitar, and his vocal range matches Chris’s — allowing him to capture both the tone and emotional nuance of the original voice. Nathan also improvises live, just like Chris often does on stage.
Elon Jagersma, on bass, is a multi-instrumentalist who taught himself both bass and piano to a professional level in just a few years. He also delivers flawless backing vocals, bringing the harmonies to life with precision.
Ronald Reekers, their drummer and father of Nathan and Elon, has been playing drums his entire life. His powerful and dynamic playing captures the energy and style of Will Champion with remarkable authenticity.
Omri Henri, on guitar, perfectly recreates Johnny Buckland’s signature parts and effects — from shimmering delays to atmospheric textures — with meticulous attention to detail.
Coldpray performs the full current Coldplay live setlist, including all the new versions and live arrangements. From the custom-made intro of Fix You, to the electronic drum samples in Hymn for the Weekend, and the EDM-style drop in A Sky Full of Stars — every element is recreated with care and passion to deliver a true Coldplay experience.
We also include new hits from Coldplay’s latest album Moon Music, such as feelslikefallinginlove and We Pray — keeping their set fresh, up-to-date, and full of energy.
